Knockout Chaos in Your Body

I have a friend that finds shows she likes with multiple seasons and then she limits herself to only watching if she is walking or working out.


  • MOVE! Try to take 5k - 10k steps daily. There are devices that track this for you.

    • Tracking diet and exercise makes you more aware and your decisions will improve.​

  • Don't let the "toddler" in you run the show. We can't do what we want all the time and we have to do things we don't want to do too. Sorry, not sorry.

  • You can't out exercise a bad diet!

  • Limit sugar, especially from pop and snacks.

  • Drink lots of water.

  • Find a buddy/partner to join you on your diet/fitness journey.

  • Get plenty of sleep.

  • Watch your sodium intake.

  • Reward / Treat yourself (manicure, pedicure, massage).
